Kim Koogler, Realtor with Coldwell Banker Realty - Gundaker, has provided my family with the most exceptional care exceeding all our expectations. Our family’s real estate needs were so diverse we were concerned for the ability of one agent to handle all our needs but Kim met the challenges. Her communication skills, and understanding of the fast paced Real Estate market made the sale and purchase of our new home less stressful. She never pressured but always provide the most up-to-date information, allowing us to make educated decisions for our future. At a time in the market when there was very little negotiating, Kim was able to negotiate with the skill of a seasoned professional. She was such a genuine person, caring and knowledgeable. For all of these reasons and many more not listed we are thankful and wholeheartedly *Recommend Kim Koogler as an outstanding Real Estate agent.
