Selling a house from out of state can be stressful, but Jessica made the whole process feel manageable from start to finish. She marketed our Florissant home effectively and got it in front of the right buyers. She took the time to listen to my concerns and always kept me in the loop, which meant a lot since I couldn’t be there in person. She also went above and beyond by connecting me with reliable local people to handle the work that needed to be done before closing. I would gladly recommend Jessica to anyone selling in the area, especially if you’re managing it from a distance like I was.

Cassi negotiates well. She is is very firm and tenacious regarding her clients. She guided me away from trouble spots and found me a very nice home.

Jessica was very knowledgeable about the neighborhood and about the older homes in it. I definitely recommend her, especially if you are looking for a house in Florissant, MO!
