Made buying a house an enjoyable experience! I was not new to home buying or selling, and I have had some tough experiences in the past. Jason was professional and personal! He never made me feel uncomfortable, or like I was asking too much of him, and helped me every step of the way. I would highly recommend Jason for any future real estate needs!

You have your standard realtor, then you have Jessica at EXIT Realty. Jessica wasn't our first call. We decided to sell our house For Sale By Owner. We actually did okay until we ran into obstacle after obstacle. After 8 months, we'd had enough. We contacted Jessica and knew it wouldn't be long before the SOLD sign would be in front of our home. She took a genuine interest in our home and the story behind it. Her creative marketing, consistent buyer follow-ups, and steady guidance made an immediate difference. What really sets Jessica apart, though, isn't technique. It's her caring nature and wonderful personality. Her goal isn't to maximize her commission; it's to find the right buyers for your home. We were under contract within a week and a half. If you need help selling, hire her. Be warned, though: you'd better have already started packing.
