From a reasonably priced painter, to electrical work, to HVAC issues and even general laborers, she helped us get a team on site to complete the work. She has the knowledge of the area and is able to price the house for maximum return without overpricing it and letting is sit on the market too long. I have to say she and her daughter/partner Madison, were always available, always had the answer and were remarkable agents.
