Don was my buyer’s agent for my relocation to St. Louis in 2020. As a first-time homebuyer, I had many questions about the process, as well as concerns that I could find the right house from out of state. Don’s knowledge of the home buying process, and his willingness to explain the process and the market put me at ease. He did not fail to answer my questions, and was great at getting answers for any questions I had on properties. Don’s familiarity with the market and his connections with other agents allowed me to view many houses before other agents had been through. Don’s skill and abilities made it possible to make offers in a timely fashion, which in turn led to me purchasing the right house for me. I would absolutely go to Don when it comes time to buy or sell again.

Daryl made the whole process of selling my condo as easy and smooth as it could be. If there was something I didn't understand, he took the time to explain. For any decision that had to be made, he would go over the options and would give his recommendation; but the decision was 100% mine, no pressure. He even dealt with the HOA president, who was something less than cooperative. Hopefully won't be moving anytime soon, but will be calling Daryl for any future real estate needs.
