She was always on top of the situation be it returning calls/texts/emails, getting lien waivers submitted, or talking with the title company. She had an excellent marketing plan spanning a few mediums. Marcia had a “catalog” of connections to affordable and responsive vendors which was incredibly helpful. She was always professional and appropriately personal. I highly recommend her.
