Brenda was a pleasure to work with during our entire process of searching, building and buying our home. Thru her connections she found us a great deal to build a new home and was amazing throughout our entire building process. She made sure any questions or needs we had were met right away. Excellent communication going back and forth! She made sure no questions went unanswered, even between us and the builders, and reached out to the builder/seller for us when any issues arrived. Any time we had to meet, mostly "after hours" due to my husband and I working full time-she was available and made time for us according to our schedule which was greatly appreciated! Then she really fought for us at the end when it came down to some unexpected charges from the sellers and made sure we were treated fairly and charged properly. We were lucky to have her on our side! Also want to mention anytime we had questions she was only a phone call or TEXT away- this day and age it was very convenient being able to send her a text when we had questions and getting an immediate response! Update: Even after the sale she is still following up for any questions or issues we have and making sure we are completely satisfied! Really goes above and beyond for her clients.

Hello! I am about one month out from purchasing my home with Mr.Rob. I took some time to post this review so I could honestly reflect on our experience. My husband and I were first time home buyers and nervous about who our Relator would be. We have seen horror stories online and from friends. I can truly say Mr.Rob was the right decision for us. He is a trust worthy realtor and made us feel comfortable throughout the whole process. We had many many questions and he provided us with his personal number for quick response. At no point did I feel like someone “got one over on us”. During our home buying process he was placed in the difficult position of representing the buyer and the seller. I feel he handled the whole situation with grace.
