Seecharran was hands down the best realtor I could have asked for. As a first-time homebuyer, I had a lot of questions and he never made me feel like any of them were silly. He was always responsive, kept me in the loop at every step, and genuinely had my best interests at heart. His market knowledge was impressive. He helped me find the right home in the right neighborhood and made sure I understood everything I was signing up for. When it came to negotiations, he worked hard to get the seller to contribute toward closing costs, which made a huge difference for me. What really stood out was his professionalism and patience throughout the whole process. Buying a home is stressful, but Seecharran and his team made it feel manageable. I would recommend him to anyone looking to buy in New Orleans or Greater New Orleans region.

Brenda was a pleasure to work with during our entire process of searching, building and buying our home. Thru her connections she found us a great deal to build a new home and was amazing throughout our entire building process. She made sure any questions or needs we had were met right away. Excellent communication going back and forth! She made sure no questions went unanswered, even between us and the builders, and reached out to the builder/seller for us when any issues arrived. Any time we had to meet, mostly "after hours" due to my husband and I working full time-she was available and made time for us according to our schedule which was greatly appreciated! Then she really fought for us at the end when it came down to some unexpected charges from the sellers and made sure we were treated fairly and charged properly. We were lucky to have her on our side! Also want to mention anytime we had questions she was only a phone call or TEXT away- this day and age it was very convenient being able to send her a text when we had questions and getting an immediate response! Update: Even after the sale she is still following up for any questions or issues we have and making sure we are completely satisfied! Really goes above and beyond for her clients.
