David made purchasing our first home an incredible and fun process! He was very flexible and patient throughout the entire process! He made sure to help us understand everything as it was going on and advise us on the best decisions to move forward. David was VERY helpful and patient with any questions and hesitations we had. The communication was outstanding, making sure to update along the way as well as recommend other properties.

I was searching online for realtors in southern MN and came along David’s profile. I took a leap and sent a message to him and he responded in a timely manner. After talking to him and letting him know what I was looking for, he started right away working with me and we were off and running. Whenever I had a home I wanted to see, I easily texted him and he responded as quick as possible to help! David is extremely responsive and will accommodate you as much as he can. He’s super easy to get along with, isn’t afraid to crawl under steps and look at sump pumps, and will give you his honest opinion throughout the entire process. David takes the time to explain everything you are signing, which is amazing and much appreciated. You will not be disappointed if you use David for your next home purchase!!! Thanks for your help David!
