Some people say their real estate agents become like family, and in our experience it was definitely true. We started with Cory during October 2020. When we first met we wanted to get an idea of the types of homes that were available for my parents to purchase. It was an emotional time for my parents( they weren’t ready to move, and didn’t want to look at other possibilities that would work for them. That’s where Cory came in. He kept telling them he was only providing information for them. He was professional, patient and very understanding. During this entire process Cory educated on the home selling and home buying process. He made sure my parents and the rest of the family understood what we needed to do from beginning to end. During the home selling process we came across some unexpected challenges, but Cory was right there guiding us right through it. Thank you Cory for being available for phone calls and texts ( during the weekends and holidays) Everyone in the family got to know Cory and his wife Jessica. They were both excellent to work with. Brian’s disciplined and rationale approach to real estate was invaluable in helping us to sell our old home and purchase our new home. He advised us how to get the best value for our money when preparing our old home to sell and his calm advice helped us weather the ups and downs of the selling process. His engineering background and experience teaching home construction also helped us better understanding the home building process.
