We have had the pleasure of having Chris Walsh represent us from both sides of the business - as home owners selling our home and as purchasers in search of a new home. We could not have been happier with our choice to work with Chris! He was professional, knowledgeable, and honest. Chris is articulate and communicates in a way that is clear and he was happy to answer all of our questions in layman’s language that we could understand. His negotiating skills along with his knowledge of the market created the confidence that we could trust and rely on. At different times in the process of both buying and selling a home, it becomes stressful and emotional. Chris’s follow through was amazing and we were never left wondering where the process was at which greatly relieved the stressors. Lastly, not only is Chris good at what he does, but he’s fun to work with! His great sense of humor and positive, relaxed attitude made it a complete joy to work with him.
