To Whom it may Concern: Peggy Nelson was our realtor for the sale of our townhome, 5/10/2016. I had known Peggey from a previous sale, and knew she would help us with this one. I called her and arranged a meeting at our townhome, and she made suggestions as how to prepare the house, and possible asking prices. Within 2 weeks we were ready to show. The first day we had 5 showings, the second 8 showings, and 5 offers, all over asking price. I signed the necessary papers the following day, and closed 2 weeks later without a hitch. During this entire process Peggy answered all my calls, texts, and emails promptly, and told me what needed to be done, to make this sale happen. She was always courteous, fun, knowledgeable, and professional. Her personal touch put us at ease during a time when the sale of a home can be trying. Kudos to Peggy Sue Nelson!
