To Whom it may Concern: Peggy Nelson was our realtor for the sale of our townhome, 5/10/2016. I had known Peggey from a previous sale, and knew she would help us with this one. I called her and arranged a meeting at our townhome, and she made suggestions as how to prepare the house, and possible asking prices. Within 2 weeks we were ready to show. The first day we had 5 showings, the second 8 showings, and 5 offers, all over asking price. I signed the necessary papers the following day, and closed 2 weeks later without a hitch. During this entire process Peggy answered all my calls, texts, and emails promptly, and told me what needed to be done, to make this sale happen.
