She is extremely professional while at the same time she is friendly, kind and so easy to work with. Whenever we had questions, she would respond immediately. She would go over and above with her responses and research and we always felt so well taken care of. Her wealth of knowledge in her field is unmatched. She always had wonderful vendor suggestions when we were asking about home projects (both on our new home and our old home) and the results were excellent.
