She cared about what I needed and wanted, she understood my friends who came on house tours were not the client for this house, she had expectations that the house be sound, she knew the neighborhoods and the experts to call when we got to negotiations, she set a pace that was not frantic or rushed, she is full of fun facts about how things work and how they are built, she was supportive of all items I needed to negotiate, she was clear on the process. She was there when I needed her, and willing to help in soooo many ways that are above and beyond. She was open to suggesting new things when the tours weren’t working, and she was supportive when I got tired from the labor of house hunting but still hadn’t found a keeper.
