I was selling a home with no comparable properties to use to establish a price. One realtor even declined representing me because he said any price would be a complete guess. Jill used her experience, reason and common sense to determine a fair price. She was very good at marketing and creating interest in my home. She guided me through reasonable and unreasonable demands from buyers, helping me decide when to go along with them and when to stand my ground and be prepared to walk away. I will definitely call her the next time I’m planning to sell.
