Kathy was a huge life-saver for me as I was trying to maneuver selling my dad's house. My mom passed away and I became the Power of Attorney for my dad, who moved in with my family as he could not care for himself. Trying to work with the mortgage company on transferring the house was so confusing and frustrating. After 8 months, I was at my wits-end. I called Caldwell Burnett and landed with Kathy, and she handled literally everything from there. She walked me through the process step by step, explained everything to me, and told me where to sign. She handled the mortgage and title companies, and kept me updated along the way. I read that first review here, and obviously don't know what happened with them. But I do know that for me, I got in touch with Kathy at a time that I just didn't know what to do anymore, and I was overwhelmed, and taking care of too many things. To have her relieve this one major stressors was a blessing. She was great.

First move in 28 years and so many questions! Laura Thooft was exactly the person we needed to guide us through the purchase our new townhouse and the sale our single family home. Laura is a great listener and she understood what was important to us both on the buy and sell sides. This was reflected in her advice in crafting the offer to purchase our townhouse as well as in the offers we received for our current home. We had a great team and all of us working together made it possible to find a new house we truly enjoy and say goodbye to our home that held our hearts. Thank you Laura for always being there to answer all our questions (sometimes answering the same questions multiple times!) and providing advice and recommendations that helped ease the way during this very stressful time. We were not committed to moving unless we found the right house. Once we did you were right there with us to get our home on the market as quickly as possible and providing support on resources to get the minor improvements done ASAP! Our current home went on the market after we had a purchase agreement for our new townhouse. We accepted an offer on our current home with Laura's assistance while we were on a vacation that had been a year in the planning. Again, with a great team the closings on the sale and purchase were perfectly timed!

I can’t stress enough what a pleasure it was to work with Dennis and his colleagues! I was thoroughly impressed with how far above and beyond he went throughout our sale. We had a difficult situation, and he navigated nimbly and professionally, offering help where he did not need to, but obviously wanted to do right by our sale.
