This allowed me to know when I could access the property as I did some light painting and other items. Since my house got listed in the Fall and the market was cooling off overall, I consulted with Lane on reducing the price on MLS. He gave me a good suggestion to not drop too much. I managed to get a solid offer shortly thereafter. All the paperwork was processed electronically. Lane has a good system in place to handle the whole process quickly. Overall, it ended up being an easy process to get the sale done. I wasn't expecting that, so I appreciate Lane's knowledge and experience.
