Excellent demeanor. Patient and laid back, but also very knowledgeable and places the client over a sale. He has showed us dozens of houses. We have changed our minds a few time on the type of house we are looking for and the location. He has been patient with us as we tried to decide the right house for us. In every step of making the offer including the inspection and negotiation, he has been an asset.
