He came out to our house and made recommendations of having our house ready to list. He took time to write up a market analysis for us showing our house value and comps of others. As life goes we had many unforeseen obstacles to get through that drug things out. Jeremy was so understanding and patient with us and never pushy. He did two more market analysis’s for us and came out to our house to give more recommendations and comments on what we had did for updates.
