Her knowledge and willingness to answer my questions and look into all of the items I brought up was a major reason the purchase went through quickly with no real problems. I made a phone call one day and then looked at the unit and wrote up the purchase agreement the next and closed on the unit in 30 days. Everything went perfect!!
