Working with Janet was ok we had our high points and our low points. She was extremely confident in the beginning but the confidence trickled and the suggested sale price went down. ( can’t always have sure high aspirations) communication was I’d say a 7/10 Janet is a very busy woman and sometimes gets distracted. Overall I’d rate our work together a 6/10

Janice helped us to buy the lot and then our plans changed and we called her to sell the lot. She’s there for you from beginning to end and always available to answer questions. She’s very knowledgeable and works very hard for you, whether you are buying or selling. Janice is very down to earth and fun to work with. I would definitely recommend her 100%.
