We were looking for a townhouse in Minneapolis near our family. We found one 2 blocks from where they live, and Barbara was wonderful in handling all the details, checking out the townhouse for us, and arranging for painting and other work. Throughout the entire time, Carol was patient, pleasant and persistent. To top it off, even after our offer was accepted, she continued to accel making sure I checked into everything. She provided connections to all aspects of home maintenance and home improvement, inside tips on what works well for this and that; and what impressed me the most was the way she stepped in to make sure I wasn't being overly stressed out by people demanding document after document during the closing period.
