I’ve had Karla twice to sell & buy a home. I highly recommend her. She initially provides you with an overview of the process. Karla listens to what you’re wanting in purchasing next home, immediately begins the search & will spend as much time showing homes as needed. Her skills in negotiating are exceptional. Karla will break down the financial piece prior to finalizing the purchase agreement. You will know the exact amount of your payment when purchasing or what you receive after selling. Karla has fun personality & makes the client feel comfortable in what can be a stressful situation. If you are local or moving from another location, Karla is the realtor you want!

We were looking for a townhouse in Minneapolis near our family. We found one 2 blocks from where they live, and Barbara was wonderful in handling all the details, checking out the townhouse for us, and arranging for painting and other work. The whole process was seamless. I highly recommend Barbara if you need an agent in Minneapolis.

Goes above & beyond, very knowledgeable thinks of things I wouldn't have thought of.Not just out to make a sale really feel she has her clients best interest in mind, Is Honest about concerns & always got back to me as soon as possible.
