When I think of the experience my husband and I had while working with Josh on 2 separate real estate transactions, these descriptives come to mind: hard-working, trustworthy, experienced, PATIENT, kind, professional, did I mention patient?, uncompromising, considerate and knowledgeable. Josh gave us the "think time" and space we needed on our transactions with him and he allowed us the freedom to make a decision that was best for our family, not for his pocketbook.

Sarah was awesome to work with and went above amd beyond our expectations!!! She stood firm on our offer and was willing to do whatever it took for us not to break the bank on our first home. She was great at negotiations and was also able to get some minor work completed by the seller before our closing date. I would highly recommend her for all of your home buying needs!! Thank you for a pleasant, easy transaction.
