Connie started sending pictures probably in February 2024 of potential houses we would buy. In May we went to view a house and loved it on 1st sight & put in an offer. However, the seller would not accept any contingencies. This created a little problem, since we Really wanted that house. Right away Connie put us in contact with New American Funding, what a God send. We were able to purchase the house and move in June 17th. Now, our house had to be listed and sold. Whoa!! this is where the down side came in. On June 13th we had a buyer, but due to unfortunate circumstances the buyer decided it wasnt for her and it took our house off the market for approximately 6 weeks. Due to Connie's hard work and tenacity the house finally sold on Oct. 25th. We were absolutely elated and can't thank her enough.

Working with Shelli Wappes was an excellent experience. I purchased a home when the demand was high and houses were sold as soon as the listing came out. Shelli was available at a moments notice to show me the homes I was interested in. Shelli made sure the repairs were completed before I closed on my property. Sonda gave immediate assistance when we encountered complicated title issues on a property. As the issues lingered, we pursued another property and she immediately helped and enabled us to submit a Purchase Agreement. Had she not used great speed, we would have not been able to move into our condo and start making a new home. Very grateful.
