Working with Deidra Willingham (Village Premiere Realty) was a very rewarding experience!! Deidra's market knowledge, her communication, and her professionalism went above what I expected. She knew the market very well...she knew about interest rates, she knew about how the market swings, she knew what every document was, she knew and understood exactly what was required or requested of me, and, she 'quided' me through the entire process; she taught me, she answered every question I asked, she pushed to get me everything I asked for or needed that was in my best interest; she even knew about 'timelines' of getting things submitted. Deidra was very patient when I had questions, concerns, or anxieties about the process, or, when I would change my mind about what I wanted or didn't want, yet, she did not 'push'! The way Deidra built and kept a cordial, yet professional relationship with the Broker, the Seller, the Title company, and all other parties concerned was truly 'AMAZING'!! Her communication with them was always friendly and concise, yet she always expressed what was in the best interest of her client in a professional manner!!...It was almost as if they all had worked together for years...each one being connected and doing their part!! Deidra did an exceptional job, and, although I hope not to need another home anytime soon, I would definitely use her services again!! She comes 'HIGHLY' recommended!!

Jesse was great. We were looking for our first home, it needs to be said, in a rush. I found a property that I was interested in and Jesse was the one to call me right away. He is a great person. He didn't care about the time of day, or should I say evenings when we would go look at properties. Very friendly and you feel comfortable with him right away. He is very good at answering any questions you may have right away, and if he doesn't have the answer, he finds out asap. We couldn't be anymore satisfied with our experience with Jesse. We are so happy with our home and on top of it we made a great friend. Whether you are looking to buy a new home or just want to look for options down the road, Jesse is your guy.
