Finding the right real estate agent for a home tucked away in the woods isn’t always easy—but we definitely found the right person. From the first showing to the closing table, Victoria understands what makes a Minnesota property special. She didn’t just see a house and acreage—she understands the peace, privacy, trees, trails, and that “up north” feeling we were looking for. She is knowledgeable, responsive, honest, and never made us feel pressured. She knows the area, understands the market, and somehow managed to make the entire process feel less like a transaction and more like having a local expert every step of the way. If finding your own little piece of the Northwoods is your goal, I couldn’t recommend Victoria more. 🌲🏡 Five stars—and then some!

We were first-time sellers and knew little about the process. Susan walked us through all the steps, offering not just advice but options and explaining things well. She also came up with solutions when we hit some snags. Communication was excellent as she made sure we knew what would happen and when. We were very glad to hire Susan.
