Emily was awesome with helping us manage showings from 3.5 hours away. She would do virtual showings either by taking and sending videos or doing a zoom call which was great in the fast paced market we had to buy in. She is very responsive and very knowledgeable throughout the process and had lots of good referrals for everything we needed in our new area!

We worked with Katie Fears and Jim Leicht as our buyer’s agents, and they were outstanding throughout the entire process. We looked at a lot of homes, and they truly listened to what we were looking for. Any time we wanted to see something, they responded immediately and made it happen. Because we were traveling from out of state, scheduling could have been difficult, but Katie and Jim were extremely flexible and always worked around our travel plans. Their insight on neighborhoods was invaluable, and their knowledge of remodeling and potential watch-outs really helped us evaluate properties with confidence. On top of their professionalism, they were simply enjoyable to work with—we always had a good time. We’re very grateful for their help and would gladly work with them again.
