He was an excellent communicator. He answered all of our questions about suburban and city homes. There were elements of houses that we didn’t know about, coming from another state and he shared those with us as he guided my partner and I through the houses. He has an extensive list of resources to share! If you don’t go with Mike Bartus, you may be at a disadvantage!
