My husband and I were looking to downsize from our current home to a condominium for retirement purposes. When we finally chose our new home, all of the paperwork was handled by her and her office in a very efficient and professional manner. In preparation for moving into our condo, we asked Ginna for several referrals which she provided. We used and were very pleased with the carpet cleaners, housekeeper, and movers she recommended. We are now in the process of getting our house ready to put on the market and again asked Ginna for for a referral for someone to make updates to the house. As usual, Ginna responded quickly to our request. We have made contact with the handyman she suggested, and he responded immediately. We are looking forward to working with him. We plan to continue our relationship with Ginna in the sale of our former house. Ginna is very knowledgeable, honest, friendly, helpful and provides prompt responses. We now have our condo cleaned regularly by the house cleaner she recommended. We have really enjoyed receiving email communications from Ginna with helpful information and tips.
