I listed my Mpls property with another realtor and it was a nightmare. I'll spare you the details, but after 3 months and a failed sale, I had to make a switch, and luckily found Marcus. He immediately gave me peace of mind and knew exactly what to do. He invested in the property with staging, professional photos, etc., and we recently closed! He was such a blessing, as I live out of state and had to rely on Marcus to do a lot of the work. I couldn't have been more pleased with Marcus and his team. We've used Drompp team several times. They are always ready to listen to the client and have always given excellent recommendations. We've knew them personally before using them for the first time which made it very easy for us to feel safe having totally access to our homes. All of our sales and purchases while using them have gone off flawlessly. If we ever sell our buy in the area again, the Drompp team is who we'll use.

The strategy was not the best in the changing real estate landscape. Agent recommended advertising a low price and entertaining multiple offers above the asking price. I was not comfortable with this approach and we eventually settled on another price. A townhouse with the exact same floorplan and no updates (flooring, appliances, paint, etc.) about a block away was listed higher and sold for more than our unit. That listing was public several weeks prior to our listing. The agent had a family emergency that prevented him from providing service to us during the process.
