After several moves that involved buying and selling homes, I can hands down say that Troy truely went above and beyond to exceed my expectations. From meeting me at the airport to spending 4 days over a holiday weekend looking for the perfect home, Troy has been an absolute pleasure to work with. The strategy was not the best in the changing real estate landscape. Agent recommended advertising a low price and entertaining multiple offers above the asking price. I was not comfortable with this approach and we eventually settled on another price. A townhouse with the exact same floorplan and no updates (flooring, appliances, paint, etc.) about a block away was listed higher and sold for more than our unit. That listing was public several weeks prior to our listing. The agent had a family emergency that prevented him from providing service to us during the process.
