I have bought and sold a number of homes over the years and never have I felt so looked after. Nevin’s team including Elizabeth and Claire make the process as stress free as possible by being genuinely interested in what your needs and interests are and then taking care of all the necessary details. They even took care of details that I felt I should have had to do. They check in with you regularly so you are always up to date on where you are in the process. They are available, responsive and professional. I felt like not only did I have a team looking out for me but that I had made friends by the end. I would recommend Nevin without hesitation to anyone looking to buy or sell a home in the Minneapolis area.

Nicoli was great to work with! He made the process easy and got us into the home we wanted. We are first time homebuyers and he made himself available at any point to answer questions or help us. I would definitely recommend him and his team to anyone looking for a new home!
