Working with Deb was great. She had great attention to detail and follow through. Sometimes it felt like she was living in my head because she would reach out on something when it was still only a thought in my head! As a type A person, it was refreshing to not have to micromanage or helicopter over the details as Deb was 100% on it already! She’s also very personable and friendly which made our interactions that much better.

The strategy was not the best in the changing real estate landscape. Agent recommended advertising a low price and entertaining multiple offers above the asking price. I was not comfortable with this approach and we eventually settled on another price. A townhouse with the exact same floorplan and no updates (flooring, appliances, paint, etc.) about a block away was listed higher and sold for more than our unit. That listing was public several weeks prior to our listing. The agent had a family emergency that prevented him from providing service to us during the process.
