Not only did he make the referral that was instrumental in selling our oceanfront cottage in Cannon Beach, Oregon, but he also went above and beyond helping us buy our lake home while we were still in Cannon Beach. He made multiple trips to the lake house that we ultimately bought, gave us video tours of it, pausing and answering questions about every room, zooming in and out to help us get a better sense of the property and its amenities for all three of its buildings. Once we moved and our house was yet to be sold, he was the one keeping up with EVERYTHING. Even selling the furniture on marketplace we left behind. Seriously. I'm pretty sure he did things for us he didn't even tell us about. He's an expert realtor, but more importantly, he's truly a really good man with solid character and unbeatable work ethic.
