I have bought and sold a number of homes over the years and never have I felt so looked after. Nevin’s team including Elizabeth and Claire make the process as stress free as possible by being genuinely interested in what your needs and interests are and then taking care of all the necessary details. They even took care of details that I felt I should have had to do. They check in with you regularly so you are always up to date on where you are in the process. They are available, responsive and professional. I felt like not only did I have a team looking out for me but that I had made friends by the end. I would recommend Nevin without hesitation to anyone looking to buy or sell a home in the Minneapolis area.

Jeremy is personable and easy to work with. He is knowledgeable about the area and the buying process. He was very available and always got back to us quickly, making us feel like we were the only buyers he was working with! We had a great buying experience!

Kelly is very knowledgeable during the whole process from beginning to end. She was very professional and delivered on everything she said she would. I would use her again and most definitely refer her to others.
