I cannot say enough good things about Ashley! She was the absolute best for our home buying experience. We have dealt with, lets say, a variety of realtors and none seemed to care about us like Ashley did. She was patient, knowledgeable, and really made us see past some of those things you may get distracted by when looking at a home. She really wanted us to get in the right home, and it did end up taking a lot longer than we initially thought it would. In the end she knew we had seen our new home and she was there every step of the way. Not once did we feel rushed or not important. Tom was a great advocate and guide during my first homebuying experience, especially during COVID-19. He was always respectful and professional. He responded incredibly quickly to me in all formats (email, text, phone). He attended all house showings with me wearing a mask as recommended by the CDC, and offered insights to the houses that I never would have considered myself. Looking at houses can be overwhelming, and Tom was a grounding presence who offered realism and structure. When it was time to start putting down offers, Tom let me take the lead with what I was comfortable with, but also gave advice when I needed it to be a more successful buyer. I believe that Tom advocated for my best interests during the entire process from the initial meeting to closing day, and I am grateful to have worked with him.
