We had tried to sell our very unique house numerous times in the past 2-3 years. A few realtors, and once on our own, all of which produced little interest and no viable offers. Kirk came in with confidence and a plan driven by data points he had a firm grasp on. Everything from when to list and when to launch mini-marketing campigns to draw more interest. He was transparent and honest with us on all our questions. He was the main reason we secured a buyer to complete the sale of our house.

Incredibly Knowledgeable Passionate Honest and Trustworthy All characteristics you want in an agent. With Daren, you get all these and a lot more. He has over 22 years of experience honing his skills as an agent. I felt particularly fortunate because in addition to being the agent I chose, he was also a neighbor. He has worked with many people in the neighborhood and possesses an intimate knowledge of the vagaries and history of our street and the surrounding area. He gets results. He knows what sells, what needs to be done in order to enhance a property and how to price appropriately. Additionally, because of his many years in the business, he has developed relationships with a vast number of skilled trades' people who are happy to work with his clients and get the property ready to be put on the market. To get my house ready, we refinished all the hardwood floors, painted the entire interior, replaced some light fixtures, made sure all the mechanicals were up to code and gave the entire interior a thorough cleaning. It was sparkling and staged and I got a solid offer 30 hours after it was listed. I was fortunate enough to work with Daren in both buying a condo and selling my house. He was there with me throughout the process using his excellent negotiating skills, guiding me through some difficult decisions and educating me. It all paid off in the end. I have absolutely no reservations recommending Daren. I am sure, as I was, you will be pleased with the results, and because of Daren's professionalism and passion for what he does, will have achieved those with minimal stress.
