She provided me with the information about the process and the property that I needed to make well-informed decisions, made sure I knew she was available any time I had questions, and got back to me right away with the answers. She also gave me the time I needed to make decisions without any pressure. And Katen made some great suggestions about living in my new place (such as ways to work with more limited space since I was downsizing).
