He was responsive and delightful to work with. He showed us plenty of properties and wasn’t shy to let us know the positives and negatives that he saw which was vital in helping us decide on a home. The balance between offering caution and recommendations is one he absolutely achieved. Where he really shined was after the decisions were made, he went to bat for us and the amount of stress he took off our plates made a world of difference. I wouldn’t hesitate to refer anyone to Steve and his team; I’d be confident that me and whoever is reading this would remain friends.

I was amazed at how helpful Karissa was - from the moment she viewed the home until the closing date she stood by us and had an answer to every question. She made suggestions that were very helpful and I'm sure aided us in the sale of the home, but she always left the decisions up to us. I would recommend her 100% to future home sellers/buyers.
