Vicki knew all the right steps in handling our house sale. She answered questions before we even think of what to ask! A more personable, pleasant, knowledgeable, professional and caring agent could not possibly be found. We bought the house from her agency and really wish we had Vicki then, also. We received several offers in a very quick timeline! We are thinking of getting a small place for winter time use and will definitely be using Vicki Anderson to find it!

Had a very fun time finding our first home with Coldwell Banker! Carolynn is fantastic at what she does. Both Coldwell Banker and Carolynn are very attentive and answer any questions you have along with set you up 100% with owning a home comfortably.

Connie started sending pictures probably in February 2024 of potential houses we would buy. In May we went to view a house and loved it on 1st sight & put in an offer. However, the seller would not accept any contingencies. This created a little problem, since we Really wanted that house. Right away Connie put us in contact with New American Funding, what a God send. We were able to purchase the house and move in June 17th. Now, our house had to be listed and sold. Whoa!! this is where the down side came in. On June 13th we had a buyer, but due to unfortunate circumstances the buyer decided it wasnt for her and it took our house off the market for approximately 6 weeks. Due to Connie's hard work and tenacity the house finally sold on Oct. 25th. We were absolutely elated and can't thank her enough.
