We cannot recommend Ray and Rita highly enough! From start to finish, they made what can be a stressful and overwhelming home-buying process feel genuinely enjoyable and reassuring. What sets them apart is that they truly care about finding you a home where you will be happy, not simply closing a transaction. We never felt pressured to make an offer or settle for something that wasn't right for us. They took the time to understand what we were looking for, listened to our concerns, and always had our best interests at heart. Beyond being incredibly kind and responsive, they are exceptionally knowledgeable about the real estate industry and, importantly, the construction and condition of homes. Their experience and attention to detail helped us look beyond appearances and better understand what we were buying. They were honest, thoughtful, and never hesitated to share their professional opinions, even when it meant advising us to be cautious. Their integrity is what truly makes them stand out. We always felt that their advice was genuine, not driven by commission or the desire to make a quick sale. They approached every decision with patience, transparency, and our long-term happiness in mind. Buying a home is one of the biggest decisions you'll make, and having people like Ray and Rita in your corner makes all the difference. We are incredibly grateful to have worked with them and couldn't be happier with our experience. If you're looking for realtors who are knowledgeable, ethical, genuinely invested in their clients, and treat you like people rather than transactions, Ray and Rita are the ones to call!

I recently had the pleasure of working with Jon on a transaction, and the experience was fantastic from start to finish. Their communication, professionalism, and genuine care for clients made the entire process smooth for everyone involved. As a lender, I always appreciate when an agent goes the extra mile — and Jon absolutely does. Looking forward to the next opportunity to work together.

Melissa was very professional and friendly with us, walked and explained the process with me and my wife and responded all questions at any time! she made us feel very comfortable, I have and will continue to recommend her all the time!

We just purchased our dream home and we can't say enough good things about the Goodwins! From spending long hours house hunting with us, to assisting with making our offer on our dream home, helping with negotiations, taking our late evening calls when we had questions or concerns, and advocating for us at every moment, we were so amazed with their dedication, responsiveness, and professionalism. We are so blessed that we chose them as our real estate agents and we would not hesitate to work with them again in the future. Thank you Zach and Angie! You guys rock!
