From our first meeting with Nan when she came to view the home and go over a few comps, I was blown away by her energy and enthusiasm regarding the property. She maintained that enthusiasm throughout the entire process and was very proactive about getting potential buyers in through showings and an open house. After an offer was in, Nan went out of her way to expediently communicate with the buyer’s agent, lender and us to ensure that everything was moving along towards a successful closing. Nan’s accessibility through the process was very impressive. Our running joke was that I found something to worry about every step of the way. Nan was just great at being available to answer all of my questions and assure me that everything was going just as it should. Overall, I could not have asked for a better experience with a selling agent than I had with Nan. I would absolutely recommend her to anyone I knew looking to sell (or buy) a home.
