When we first discussed our property with Billy, he was excited for the opportunity and yet also guarded due to the fact we were offering two parcels, each with its own buildings, as a single sale. He helped us get tuned in to the things we needed to do for a good looking listing, had professional photos taken (they were breathtaking) and helped us find the appropriate listing price. When we got the offer, Billy helped us decide what we needed in the way of a counter offer and once both parties agreed, he went through the PA line by line explaining what it all meant. Very thorough! Leading up to close there were some issues that surfaced and Billy was right there helping us get them resolved acting as coach and liason. Great service and dedication the entire way to ensure we had a positive selling experience.
