Roxanne Johnson was not the agent listed on this property. However due to circumstances she ended up showing the residence to us and seeing it thru to the very end. She was fantastic to work with and we feel like we made a friend for life. We would highly recommend her without a second thought!!!

The strategy was not the best in the changing real estate landscape. Agent recommended advertising a low price and entertaining multiple offers above the asking price. I was not comfortable with this approach and we eventually settled on another price. A townhouse with the exact same floorplan and no updates (flooring, appliances, paint, etc.) about a block away was listed higher and sold for more than our unit. That listing was public several weeks prior to our listing. The agent had a family emergency that prevented him from providing service to us during the process.
