Danea Bruber was quite an asset to my home purchase experience. From her standout communication, market knowledge, suggestions about a strong offer, the walkthrough and closing, she pointed out issues I overlooked, made sure I understood all parts of the buying process and was positive the entire time. When it looked like I may not close in time due to some matters with the seller (which I was unaware of until closing - no needless additional stress), due to my timeline, she was searching for other comparable properties to view right away in case the closing fell through. I would certainly contact Danea again to sell or purchase a home.

Wendy helped me find my perfect, first home and it was a seamless, exciting, and hopeful process. She really listened to my preferences and was incredibly honest and thorough. She has so much great advice and tips, she is knowledgable, proactive, and realistic. I am so happy and relieved. I never thought I’d own a home and ended up in a crunch, Wendy saved the day as well as brought hope back to my family. Wendy will make it happen. Thank you!!
