The sale of my home, then finding a new home became a long (over two years) process. Working with Ben and Nikki through all that time remained a relentlessly positive experience. Real estate transactions are a bumpy road, and Ben's can-do spirit makes him pretty much unflappable in the face of any challenge. His extensive experience in the market and spot-on pricing of other nearby properties helped me trust his read of the circumstances surrounding my sales. Nikki took care of business with an equally positive attitude and quick responsiveness.

Ben has sold three homes for us and did a great job with all three! He is passionate about being a realtor and that passion is evident in all he does! He is always positive and forward thinking. He is very strategic both in his selling and his buying activities. He is incredibly responsive and organized. We would definitely use Ben again!!

We were buyers from out of state so had some extra complications to manage in terms of logistics and planning. Ben and team were amazingly helpful in making the whole process as seamless as possible. He helped coordinate access when we were able to fly in, managed inspections, appraisal, and connected us to other excellent resources for obtaining our mortgage, painters, electricians, etc. Highly, highly recommend!
