She upheld her positivity and reminded us to keep ours during some of the more difficult times in our 45-day close. All four of us can each recall a time when Jill told us to “stay positive”. Whether it was during the house hunt, inspection, the appraisal, or asking the sellers to make required repairs from our lender, she made sure all of us understood the hard-to-understand pieces and held hope things would fall as they should. Buying a home felt like the most impossible accomplishment before we started. Jill not only made it feel possible, but she also helped make it possible.
