As everyone knows, buying and selling a home can be very stressful. Steve made the entire process nearly stress-free. He helped us every step of the way, answering all of our questions and bringing up even small details to help us sell our home. His marketing is excellent, and the photographer he uses is top-notch. When he listed the property we had an open house with over 30 interested buyers, a number of private showings, and in three days had 5 offers. And this was in winter, supposedly a slow time for the real estate market. Steve made the entire process enjoyable, especially with his humor. We joked around a lot, but when Steve needed to negotiate he got down to business and really knew his stuff. We accepted an offer which was above asking price and were extremely happy with the service Steve provided. We highly recommend Steve for all of your real estate needs. Thanks Steve!

I debated about writing a review…but here it is. I wasn’t that impressed from start to finish. He was not personable but did get the job done. When listing our house for sale I felt there were some key interest points that were left out of the description and after closing on our house we learned that we were either mislead or there was a misunderstanding with information that should’ve been known. That was disappointing. When purchasing the new home we had already picked out the property we wanted and there were no issues with that process. All in all I would not go with him again.
