I debated about writing a review…but here it is. I wasn’t that impressed from start to finish. He was not personable but did get the job done. When listing our house for sale I felt there were some key interest points that were left out of the description and after closing on our house we learned that we were either mislead or there was a misunderstanding with information that should’ve been known. That was disappointing. When purchasing the new home we had already picked out the property we wanted and there were no issues with that process. All in all I would not go with him again.

We had moved to Arizona and Tyler was asked by us to sell our townhome in Minnesota. Tyler Thomas is an awesome realtor! He is positive, attentive and responsive to all our needs. It is obvious he always had our best interest throughout the entire process. He returns and answers questions immediately! The needs of his clients are extremely important to him.
